Our department runs about 195-210 calls annually and is actively seeking your help by joining us today. We are always looking for Volunteer Firefighters and Fire Police Officers. Membership does not require you to be an active Firefighter. You can join as a social member of our department. There are many fundraising events throughout the year that social members can be a part of. Fire Department members do a lot more than just run into burning buildings. Drivers 18+
Job Description;
Drivers plays a vital role in safely and swiftly responding to emergencies. They transport firefighters and equipment to the scene, navigate through traffic, and maintain effective communication with the team. They also ensure the fire truck is well-maintained and ready for action. Their dedication to public safety and quick thinking are essential in their role.
Interior or Exterior Firefighter 18+
Job Description;
Firefighters are courageous and dedicated first responders who risk their lives to save others. They extinguish fires, rescue people, and provide medical assistance in emergencies. Their role also includes educating the community about fire safety and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Firefighters are true heroes, committed to protecting lives and property.
Junior Firefighter 14+
Job Description;
Junior Firefighters play a vital role in the fire service, assisting the firefighting team, learning essential skills, and contributing to community events. They gain valuable experience and prepare for future roles as fully trained firefighters, dedicated to serving and protecting their communities.
Fire Police 18+

Fundraiser Membership 14+

• Membership Application Completed
• Must be 14 or older to apply
• PA Criminal Background Check
• Child Abuse Clearance
• Please have your application completed and turned into the Upper Frederick Fire Company Membership Committee by either mail or stop by the firehouse any Monday night at 7PM.
